Environmental Policy
WE RSI UK & COMPANY LTD ARE COMMITTED TO :
Implementing and operating our Environmental Policy that is relevant & appropriate to the nature of our business activities.
- We shall consider the environmental impacts of all of our services that we provide and will always look at opportunities to minimise the potential harm our business could cause on the environment.
- We will use resources in a sustainable way and adhere to strict health & safety guidelines.
- We will only purchase air conditioning equipment from large international manufacturers who have similar environmental policies and objectives to our company.
- We are committed to only using equipment that promotes refrigerants that have a reduced impact on the environment, we will promote environmentally responsible design.
- We will minimise the impact of transport on the environment arising from our own vehicles as well as that of our suppliers.
- We will where practicable, prevent pollution.
- We will take an active approach to resolve environmental issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- We will communicate this policy and the importance of fulfilling the practices & compliance obligations within to our staff & persons working under our control.
- We will ensure all company personnel wear suitable protective clothing at all times to reduce risk to self.
- We will ensure the correct and safe handling & disposal of refrigerants used during any works carried out.
- We will complete a full and detailed risk assessment before any work is started.
- We will continually look at ways to improve our environmental performance.

RE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
Dear Customer,
From the 25th May 2018 a new data protection law is being introduced in the UK, it’s called
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) this aims to better protect your data in the modern world.
We are writing to confirm that the personal data we hold for you is held in a secure manner and that your data privacy is of fundamental importance to the Company and in meeting the regulatory requirements.
In line with the new GDPR regulations, we have reviewed and updated our internal policies and procedures, we take the protection of your data very seriously, we do not send you marketing information nor will we ever sell your data on to other organisations.
We will only ever process your data that allows us to operate our daily business activities, such as providing you with the service that you have specifically requested, going forward we will contact you in the same manner as we currently do, eg if you receive invoices by email this will continue.
